Why is it important for a mom to study God’s word?
- The Bible is how God speaks to us.
- Right thinking leads to right living.
- Growing in biblical literacy is how we grow in discernment.
- Knowing who God is shapes where our identity is found.
- We cannot pour into our children if we our well is empty.
Two important notes:
- The local church is a great place to find support and learn to study the word of God.
- Don’t confuse a devotional with a Bible Study. While devotionals are wonderful, we should prioritize studying God’s word for ourselves.
