During 2018, our family had a huge emphasis on healthy eating (in fact, I think it’s one of the areas that I actually did really well in – and a large part of that was out of pure necessity)! I always thought of myself as a healthy cook but we’ve taken a lot of steps in 2018 to cut out processed food and take care of my entire family better.
So today we are going to chat about what some of those changes have been and we want to invite you to join us for a healthy eating 30 day challenge!!
