I have another yummy pumpkin recipe for you today during my Autumn Favorites series! I can never get enough pumpkin and that includes in my coffee.
Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
1 Cup of whole milk
1 Cup of organic heavy whipping cream
4-5 Tablespoons of pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
4 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1) In a medium saucepan, whisk together all ingredients over medium heat.
2) Remove from heat when the mixture starts to get steamy.
3) With a strainer, pour the mixture into a glass bottle and let it chill in the fridge overnight. This makes the taste stronger 🙂
4) And use with your morning coffee 🙂 So delish!
